We go deeper into your style, story, personality, and preferences to create an invitation that’s unique to you and cohesive with your overall wedding aesthetic.

At least 2 months before you want your invites mailed, we need you on our calendar.
The Invitation Timeline
Let’s meet and chat about your wedding invitation and stationery suite. Bring your inspiration, and I’ll bring the goods. We’ll meet locally in Kearney, NE, so you can see and feel sample pieces while I answer your questions. If meeting in person doesn't work, no problem, we will just meet over zoom.

We send you a custom proposal based on your invitation selections and ideas after the consultation. We cover every detail, so you never have to stress about this step of the planning process. If you’re ready to rock and roll, you’ll sign the contract and pay your deposit.
02.
You can select to have mailing addresses printed on your envelopes at this step. If you want this to-do off of your list, send over an excel spreadsheet with the names and addresses, and we will design the envelopes to complement your invitation suite.
04.
Using your inspiration and ideas from our discussion, we design the wedding invitation suite of your dreams. We include 2 full revision rounds, so you can review the proofs and provide feedback. Once you confirm the final approval of your favorite design and pay your final payment, we send it off to the printer.

I personally deliver your wedding invitations to you, and you get them ready to mail out. Some clients prefer to self-assemble the invites, and some purchase them fully assembled, so this step involves stamps and possibly a little elbow grease.

Once the RSVPs start rolling in, we’ll decide which stationery pieces you need for the wedding day (seating chart, menu cards, programs, etc.). I’ll design all stationery pieces in a complementary style to your original invitation, so you have a cohesive look. You’ll receive proofs, provide revision feedback, and then approve the final designs, so they are printed in time for the big day!

Finishing Touches
We create a personalized design process timeline for every couple based on your wedding planning timeframe, but the entire process typically takes 6+ weeks.

We want you to squeal with excitement about our process and LOVE the final product. Open your order and inspect everything as soon as you receive it and let us know if you run into an issue. Mistakes are rare but can happen. Due to the time-sensitive nature of your wedding invitations, we strongly encourage you to place your order well in advance of when you would like to send them out, so we have time to fix any issues. Again, this is rare but with our Type A personality, we always err on the side of caution.
If you mistyped something on your order form or missed an error when proofing and need to reprint, reprints are available at a wholesale price. If a mistake was made on our end AFTER the designs were approved, we reprint them at no cost to you.
